Yarn Valet - good for ball yarns but not great results with skeins and cakes

Works best for balls of yarn. Standard centre pull skeins work well with the Valet if skein is short but longer ones like Lion Brand Homespun or Craft Smart don't. Caron Cakes barely sit inside it and tip out easily. Recommended for yarn balls but a small reusable plastic shopping bag or plastic storage basket works as well or better for skeins and Cakes.
