Winter tyres that grip on ice and snow.
The Goodyear tyre, already one of the best handling make of tyre also puts up a top performer on the winter tyre market. Their Ultragrip series is an outstanding tyre and Ultragrip 8 and now 9 are the latest two tread patterns in their high performance Winter tyres for use in wet, snow and icy conditions. As with all dedicated winter tyres they perform better in the above road conditions and lower temperatures thanks to a combination of tread pattern and design with wider block gaps, multi segmented tread pattern, directional tyres combined with a compound that remains flexible at lower temperatures resulting in snow clearing and tread self cleaning making them work in extreme winter conditions.
