Claude the dog is showered with gifts, but when he sees Bummer, the tramp dog, one by one he gives Bummer his gift. Then he runs to jump into his master's arms, saying that that is his gift. A true story of giving!

This book is a good resource to use along with raising butterflies. The miracle of birth and metamorphosis is experienced in butterflies and families, as is the return of the Monarcks and return of gradndchildren.
