Great Photos & Paper
Nice photos, nice paper.. This reminds me of a high school textbook, and reads like one as well for the most part. However the chapters on individual vegetables and flowers are helpful.
The few interviews with growers were interesting.

Thin, fast, & a great product
Great High protein alternative to regular pasta, No gluten,
I was surprised as I thought is would be pretty crappy.
But the noodles are thin, it cooks up in 2 minutes, and it is up to you to flavor it. The flavor is pretty neutral, not overpowering. We just added cajun seasoning, butter mushrooms and scallions.
I really would buy these again. They are NON GMO and organic.
