ENO Ember2 UnderQuilt Ultralight Sleeping Quilt

Seems great, but I'm a bit of a novice.

TBH, I don't have a lot experience with hammock camping, but I've been using this underquilt for a few weeks now indoors in a room that goes down into the 50s at night. I just hope into the hammock (with this under it) and pull an open sleeping bag over me to cover. It's very warm, fits snugly on my Klymit hammock and packs down reasonably small. I can't speak to its "out in the woods" qualities, but I definitely look forward to trying it when it warms up a bit (currently 30s at night here). I doubt it would be good for that, but maybe with a fully zipped sleeping bag in the hammock???

Awful chemical taste/smell

I ended up throwing this bottle out after a couple of weeks. Maybe I'm partially to blame for letting water sit in it when not in use, but I've done that with other water bottles without this happening. What happened is that whatever the bottle of made of (or the taste of it) leached out into the water and made it undrinkable. And then (or maybe it had always been there?) the chemical odor was impossible to get out of the bottle. I was willing to take the fall on account of leaving water in it, but I checked another bottle I'd bought a week or two before this one and even though it had had water stored in it it was fine.
