EXCELLENT product for training!
I bought it for weightlifting and cycling training. This is very effective. Is the best in the market today, I think!

In a few words: Extraordinary for the practice of "Enduro".
A very light helmet, you hardly feel that you are wearing it. Super ventilated, it allows me to pedal uphill without suffocating. The "Smart-Shock" system that it has guarantees that my head is safe in case of an accident. Panoramic vision, the chin guard is slightly lowered, allowing good vision without sacrificing chin protection. The finishes, the aesthetics of the helmet and the visor, and the paint are of very good quality. Extraordinary for the practice of "Enduro"!
