The shipment arrived later than expected because of this. Additionally, while there was some bubble wrap and foam, it was not super-protected considering the price/cost of item, what the item is (technology), and the fact they shipped using USPS (notoriously rough with packages).

Plastic broken
While placing the remote on the handlebar. The plastic for the hinge cracked a little and while riding one day. The plastic completely broken and the remote fell off the handlebar and onto the road
