failed

I used my scooter 2 times and went to charge the batteries and they would not take a charge, I tried my spare charger and had the same out come .I had them on charge for 24 hours, and they were disconnected from my scooter! I had to send them back for replacement ,and I had to pay for the return shipping ( NOT A GOOD DEAL) I hope the replacement ones will be OK
