Shady manufacturer claim

Superior advertises that this kit will convert a lock-up TH350c to a non lock-up TH350. It's an absolute lie that this kit alone will accomplish this. Once you purchase the kit and read the instructions, you find out that you also need to exchange the front pump assembly, the torque convertor and the input shaft from a non lock-up version of the transmission, plus machine the case. Those components can easily add several hundred dollars to the cost of converting a TH350c to a TH350. The way Superior advertises this kit's capabilities is fraudulent. If you are looking for a basic kit to provide heavy duty shift characteristics for a TH350 it might adequate. This kit alone did not provide what I purchased it for; based on their claim. So because of the blatant deception I would not consider purchasing another Superior product.
