Excellent Book on Burlington Passenger Service

If you are a passenger rail fan, consider this book which provides a very good overview of postwar passenger service from one of the pro-passenger railroads, the Burlington. Written clearly and filled with black and white and some color photos, the author, a preeminent passenger rail historian, provides historical context as well as the efforts the Burlington railroad took to promote passenger rail service. Well written . Excellent addition to any railfan’s library. Highly recommend.
