very comfortable
up until now hubby has been using the siicone gel ones which can leave bits in the ear, using these soft foam one since trying these I can't see him ever going back to them, you have to make sure you put them into your ear canal correctly (watch you tube videos if not sure) that way you will have a comfortable nights sleep,
