Needs to be glued.
I said NO to durability because it is flimsy. Yes, you can "snap" it together but it doesn't hold well. You really need to glue it together. Once you glue it, it's fine. It's hollow on the inside so you can add lights if you feel capable. I added 3 LED's (you can see the glare from 1 in the 2nd photo). In summary, I really like it. It looks good and it's not expensive.

Really Nice Lighting
Besides having the look of a Greyhound bus terminal it also has a lighted Greyhound sign that lights up 1 letter at a time, flashes, light up and down the name and it really put a smile on my face. It's simply the best built-in lighting that I've seen on any O scale building. It also comes with 1 Greyhound bus. It has bays for up to 4 busses so I guess you can buy more if desired. However, similar Greyhound buses on eBay (and elsewhere) go for about $50, which I guess explains why they only give you 1. The bus bays also have lights so you have to wire 2 separate connections but you can run a wire from 1 to the other and then power from that connection. Overall, a very nice addition to an "O" scale town.
