  Friendly seller, responds to questions and tries to think along. The price of the product was on par. Unfortunately I received the wrong item, which is a shame because of the import costs and shipping costs. I received the wrong item, I contacted the seller and got the money for the item back quite quickly. For the rest, the wrong item was safely packed.

  Wrong item arrived, and refund didn't even cover a quarter of the postage costs, which were astronomical to begin with. Item was securely packaged though. Seller didn't respond when asked about the wrong item arriving.
