No fuss No muss Perfect fit!
Easy adjustable top hat! When my husband put it on it was too to large. I started planning how I could adjust it. Then I noticed part of the inside was not stitched. After further investigation I discovered Velcro. This piece was meant for easy adjustment and worked on perfectly. No fuss, no muss - just a perfect fit!
