Cheap Poorly Constructed Useless Tube of Plastic with a chip bag clip bolted to it
This is a poorly constructed item. It is a cheap plastic clip with only three small pieces of rubber to grip on anything, the clip has a simple bolt and fly nut with a lock washer to hold the tube, but it dangles freely. It falls off constantly because it has no grip. You can't even drop a pair of sticks in it without it falling off. The tube is made of cheap PVC plastic.
