A very fun to read and interesting cookbook about Creole (French/ Indian ) New Orleans foods. A great addition for a cookbook collector!

WWII from the German youth viewpoint
The book is full of personal stories told through the eyes of a young woman during the WWII. The story is well researched and super interesting about the lives of the average citizen living in Berlin during those terrible years. It is full of hope too because of the power of love and friendship seen in it. Some parts are so beautifully written that I had to underline them.
