Poor electrical design
Quit working after about two months. I received a complete refund almost immediately after reporting problem. Under counter coffee makers are no longer available on line from anybody though you can still buy other styles used on eBay. Since I did not have to return the defective unit I took it apart and determined that a "common" wire in the base of the pot warmer broke off. The wire was connected via a compression connector that apparently was not adequately assembled. The connection overheated and broke off. I managed to clean up the overheated wire and use the crimp connector making sure it was a tight as possible. Working fine now for the time being. The crimp connector would not accept solder. The wiring connections are very poor and are subject to breaking. Poor design. No wonder they are no longer manufactured.
