Works in less than an hour for me and lasts a few days. I always take half dose. What I do is tap the pill against counter to pack down the powder open up the tab making sure the long part is on the bottom. Then I pour half of it on my tongue then wash it down with water. Also make sure to the ingredients are the same as some of these online are different and doesn't work as well. These are the legit ones and I've been using for over a year
