over all great thus far

I have had this product for 1 week and it connect to android and Microsoft products easy, but apple products wee difficult. Product shipped fast and contained all listed accessories. With its portability, I could now scan anywhere!
The colour accuracy is impeccable, and it also works well for black and white documents!

Good for small office

Its OK for us, we don't use it much, about once per week,
you have to play with the paper to keep it straight.

slow for me, doesn't always pull evenly does everything it says it will do, kinda like flat scanner better at this time

Good portable scanner it works great and would be even easier if it was Bluetooth

Not meant for Mac os 10.3/4 operating system

There wasn't a software upgrade that worked with Mac os 10.4...so wasn't able to use it
