First item was extremely bent. Replacement item was slightly bent, but I managed to make do. Neither item actually fit my Dell 24" monitor, but with a bit of metal filing, it worked.

The height slide is stiff, it was difficult to mount the monitor on the stand, and it only partially rotates. I would call it in "fair" condition, it's definitely not in "good" condition.
