Canon PIXMA IP6700D Digital Photo Inkjet Printer

Anout the printer I purchased.

The Canon PIXMA iP6700D Photo printer I purchase in September is very good. It arrived on-tone as promised and it is working nicely. When I printed photos they came out very clear. The only draw back are: 1) you forgot to send me the installation disk. Luckily, I have one on hand from my old printer. 2) some spots of ink around the edge of the page (not on the photos). "Back-to-the-Future": "old" printer reborn!

This printer (made in 2006 (!!!) was never surpassed by any succeeding model (I've checked them all) - not in any category/feature: quality - both product's and Printing; Feeder Switch; reliability (my previous, same exact model, lasted 14 years); duplex printing; large LCD with superb menus, etc. By getting it NEW-IN-THE-BOX I did get a "Back-to-the-Future" experience!. The only drawback of getting printer that "old" - NO software for current MacOS.

Excellent Photo Printer

This printer is excellent. It was recommended to me by a friend, and it does not disappoint. It also prints all the way up to 8.5 x 11 inches.

The control panel never work. The printer was throwing error messages. Replace the print heads and ink cartridges 3 times. Not a fan.
