  The paper cutter arrived brand new in original packaging, works as expected, and has nice clean cuts with straight lines. The price is the best in the market. The description states there is a safety feature to lock the blade handle, but the one I received does not have this. The scraper accessory arrived broken in the package, but seller was very responsive and has sent me a new one.

Initially I believed the package to have not shown up, but it turns out the FedEx driver delivered to a house way down the street. The seller was amazing in communication to help me resolve my issue.   The description of the item ordered (a coin sorter & coin counter) was not accurate, causing the item received to be only a coin sorter. Fortunately, the seller worked with me to find a solution.
