    When the mirror arrived the box was so badly beaten up during shipping that I knew the mirror could not have survived. In fact it was broken in 3 different places. The seller was amazing and the sweetest ever at handling the refund. I sent pictures of the damage and she immediately refunded me. It was unfortunate that the item was broken in shipping but it wasn’t the seller’s fault and I couldn’t have asked for them to have handled it any more professionally than they did.
