    I placed this order on 5/7/24 and the package arrived on 5/15/24 but the item in the package was not what I ordered. I contacted the seller and they apologized for the error and agreed to reship the order and I agreed to accept because I realize mistakes can be made. The seller reshipped the item. It arrived today and was as describe. I am pleased with the transaction and would buy from this seller again.

    This was an extremely great buy and positive experience. The staples were exactly as described, very well packaged, and you cannot beat the price for the number of staples/nails that are included. I have only utilized the 9/16 brad nails, and so far so good. I anticipate a positive experience w/the others as well. As a buyer, I appreciate a seller that delivers the product exactly as listed, that is a huge plus for me, I applaud you and I look forward to doing more business w/you in the future!

    All though the item I ordered became out of stock a day after I ordered it, the seller was very prompt in notifying me of the issue. And because it would be more than 10 days before it would be back in stock they issued an immediate full refund. I would recommend doing business with this company, I will myself in the future.
