    He looked almost new, and was wrapped in a nice plastic. Exactly as described, actually a littler bigger than I thought which is great. The seller was quick in responding to my offers immediately, and shipped way sooner than expected. Looked exactly like the pictures, and fur was completely clean of any marks or stains. My only complaint is that he has a slight smell, not a bad smell but like of a scented laundry detergent or febreeze. I’m sure it will fade quickly with time however.

    All went well 5 stars all around . Although I didn't have contact with the seller. The shipping was more then the product. But in this case it was a fair price, because the total price was reasonable. Product was as described. Shipping was in a timely manner.

    I saw a post on Facebook from a girl whos dog's favorite toy was a green plush bird. She was asking if anyone had one because her dog finally ruined his beyond repair after years of play. He also was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for her address and found one here on eBay. I asked the shipper to please send ASAP because of the cancer diagnosis. The owner just sent me a message that the toy arrived with a beautiful note from the shipper that brought her to tears. I am so GRATEFUL for this!!

    My experience in purchasing an item through this seller was not very good. The item I received was not as pictured or described in the listing. The response from seller was not productive in any way to resolving the issue nor would the seller discuss options to come to a mutually acceptable agreement. Ebay customer support had to become involved as the seller would not comply with Ebay policy terms and conditions. I would in no way recommend purchasing from this seller.
