Got wrong item, the T50, which was OK, but not the solar one I ordered. Seller offered to exchange for correct item, but I had limited time frame to install, so we agreed on partial refund. Never saw refund. 5 weeks later I messaged seller. They sent me a (not that convincing) screenshot indicating refund went through. When I insisted it had not gone through, they double checked and saw that it had indeed not gone through. In the end I got a partial refund for the difference in price of products
