I had, for example, a text saying that they had been unable to deliver the item because the driver could not get a signature on arrival. Since I was standing at the end of the drive waiting for the delivery for the 20 minutes preceding this text, I was a little surprised. The delivery incompetence lasted for 4 days. That's right, 4 days of waiting.
