Item was protected with plastic holder, inside heavy card pocket on both sides, inside puffy envelope to prevent further creasing. Item was safeguarded to prevent tampering during transport. Fair price for item; reasonable shipment time from payment. Shipping costs were acceptable and fair. Very pleased with purchase.   This one was all a out customer service. The wrong item was pictured and sent and neither the SELLER OR BUYER recognized this until the item was opened. Once explained in detail with photos to the seller they did offer to make good on it. Simple mistake made on both ends. All is well and quality of the item(s) I did receive are acceptable.
