  Item arrived with some damage. It was shipped inside 2 cardboard boxes packed with styrofoam. The muffler was caved in during shipping as well as some light damage to the recoil starter. It comes with a small set of tools and extra parts. I reached out about the shipping damage and the situation was rectified very quickly. I would happily do business with this seller again. AAA++++

  I had a couple of issues when my vending claw machine arrived, but the seller was incredibly helpful and eager to resolve everything. Their customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The machine itself is absolutely gorgeous, with only a couple of scratches on the sides. Shipping was perfect — it arrived quickly and securely. After the amazing support I received, I’m 1000% satisfied.   The top plastic came a bit damaged from shipping (aesthetics only) but the seller was kind, very quick to respond, and shipped a replacement. Everything else was fully functional out of the box and as described. The machine is very fun to use.
