  I am working on my 1997 328i, and I’ve never had a working horn. After removing the steering wheel I noticed the clockspring was broken! I purchased this clockspring to fix this. It was shipped extremely fast and with a lot of safe packaging. Shipping seems to be a bit high for such a small item though. Now my horn is working again! Highly recommend this seller, the clockspring is working perfectly as described. Thank you!

  Excellent Seller to work with. Unfortunately, the part they sent had a fatal flaw. Was not noticeable in the posting photos. Noticed it when the item was delivered and unpacked. The speed with which they originally shipped the part, and then issued a credit when it was returned is impressive for an auto parts recycling vendor. Will definitely work with them again if the need arises.

  The product was in very good condition, packed well, and promptly shipped. The overall price was excellent compared to other vendors. There was a small part missing, which I learned from other sources is common for this product when purchased used. The seller offered (my choice) to receive a replacement, return, or partial refund to compensate for the missing part. In the end, I chose a partial refund, and am happy with the transaction.
