Took 11 days, ordered a k20a2 cylinder head, was sent a k20a3 head.. came damaged in a form fitting box with ZERO PACKING MATERIAL! PAINTED MATING SURFACE, WITH CHUNKS MISSING AND SCRATCHES. After demanding return/ refund I was given the run around. 0/100 score! Avoid at all costs!! Long 5 week saga!

By January 7th they had not shipped. I demanded a refund. Only AFTER I demanded a refund did they decide to ship. Meanwhile, I’ve had to purchase a new part elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!
