- KurzbeschreibungThe aim of this book is to emphasize that the<br>teaching learning process can be viewed from not<br>only the teachers but also from the students points<br>of view. On the one hand, the way the students<br>themselves see the process of teaching and on the<br>other hand, these findings could also be of great<br>importance to teachers as well. Although there are a<br>great deal of factors to influence the process of<br>teaching and/or learning, the present work will only<br>focus on three of them: motivation, student needs and<br>syllabus design. <br>Some of the findings based on the results of two<br>surveys made by students will also be illustrated by<br>diagrams. In the Conclusion section a lot of<br>conclusions are drawn in connection with motivation,<br>students needs and syllabus design. These factors<br>really do influence the teaching/learning process,<br>and the process, whether positive or negative, does<br>influence the students. The findings are very useful<br>for us, teachers to be aware of so that we can<br>improve the process of teaching and learning in the<br>future.
