Upon receiving, did an initial charge to 4.2v, then ran them down to 2.75v using a flashlight to a dim bulb, then charged them back up to peak 4.2v in my Nokoser 4 Slot Smart Digital LCD Battery Charger (eBay item number:302142960732)........ From this experience I have to make the assumption that they are not even close to the 9900mAh they claim to be....Also, I tested one down to 2.45v to see if there was any truth to the claim on the cells that they have a "Re/Discharging Protection Circuit" and there was no cut-off either at 3v where some cells put it or at 2.75v or at 2.5v, so I must assume this is false as well…

After initial full charge thought I'd check capacity. I used a "torch" that drew about 0.8A initially. After 1 hr. battery was below 3v and drawing less than 0.1A. So really much less than 1/10 of rated 9.9 mah capacity. Tested out to less than 0.5 mah. False claims seem to abound regarding many of these batteries. This was particularly egregious. Capacity may increase some with use, but the 9900mah claimed is not in the ball park. Another reviewer was using weight as a figure of merit. He's not far off. These are light weight.

im using these batteries for a tail light/brake/turn signal set up on a motorized bicycle. it takes some very hard abuse thet seem to hold a charge well and are light in weight. i recommend them

I buy often thoses battery, but the power bank with 2 battery are no good they all fell appart when I try to put them in!! I have one in my torch flashlight for 3 month, I did not have to change it yet. Thank you!!

Many brands out there....Chinese is less $$$ This particular battery worked out of the box, which seems thoughtful on a rechargeable battery at this price.

Battery is very light in weight compare to similar battery that cost more , like the LG, Sony etc. Less capacity to hold charge ????
