Awesome Iron Exercise Ring!!
I love using my wing chin iron exercise ring! It’s so surprisingly versatile and helpful to use! At first I watched the YouTube videos after purchasing & was excited about the exercise & muscle benefits I would get. Then when I received it, I couldn’t believe how fun it was to use to get rid of pain in my back and legs too! It works as a good muscle & blood circulation tool as it helps push the sore muscles & move the stagnant blood to ease pain throughout the whole body! I also love that you can heat it up with a heater and use the heat to work out sores! You can also use it to stabilize text books when you read & don’t have a desk, a perfect college student exercise & study partner! I love it for so many reasons that I’m still remembering how just holding it helps your mind become creative to all the helpful uses it can be used for for everyday daily posture and body mind check in. After driving for a long time, it helps to relieve any extended safe driving posture to loosen up tired & stressed muscles to be more prepared for safer driving in the future as well. The equipment is made with really wonderful metal and rounded well so it feels good hot or cold when working out tired, stressed out muscles

Nicely done!
Very strongly built and has a smooth surface. Light and nice looking. Going to buy a wooden ring soon and if available, a real brass ring.
