Strongest, easy to use, and delivers.
Original JB Weld more than lives up to it's reputation. It's extra strong for those repairs that don"t have to be put back into service the same day since it requires 24 hours for a full cure. Just the ticket for difficult repairs requiring maximum strength and durability. The twin 4 ounce tubes are a great value and provide enough material for many repairs. Will be my go to for repair epoxy.

A staple in the toolbox.
JB-Weld is a bonifide tool. This original formula takes a long time to set and cure, but the strength and temperature limit is double the Kwik version. I need to have both available. When in doubt, use the original and sit it out until it cures. It helps if the surface is roughed up a bit so it won't pop off the surface. I've repaired two tables with it recently that needed to take some abuse. I also repaired a treadmill drive wheel six years ago with it and now have over 7,500 miles on it. There is no way it would every fail. If the application is right, this product is bullet proof.

Best strong epoxy
Very good strong epoxy for a variety of uses. The original is stronger than the quick setting type. I have used it for years on many different repairs and always found it to be of high quality.

JB Weld
I've used JB Weld for several years now with very good-to-excellent results. I am satisfied that when it it is used CORRECTLY, and in the right places, that my repairs have been good and will hold up well. That means that you must do the surface preparation as they tell you, without skipping any steps. Not sure about the user with the failures reported when the repair was on a grease pipe. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get the pieces TRULY clean. Also, JB Weld is really an EPOXY. There is no metal penetration as you would get with actual welding, don't expect to put some on the ends of 2 pieces of pipe and stick them together and then have it hold as actual welding would do. My most successful applications have been using it as a bonding agent between replacement body panels, augmented by countersunk head rivets. Choose your applications correctly and you will be satisfied.

Very tough epoxy
JB Weld is the strongest available epoxy (according to several reviews) It takes a whole day to really cure but then you have an epoxy that will stick to almost anything and the material it adheres to will give before the epoxy. (except some metals - of course) I have used it to replace plastic parts with excellent results.

Excellent product for patching holes in metal.
Mix it and use it fast as it sets up quick. once set, it bonds well to the metal. Wait overnight and sanded it down the next day. Easy to sand, blends right in with the metal line and takes paint well. After painting, I could not tell where the patch was.

Great price for my weld!
This is a great price for a trusted for many years industrial strength JB Weld package. I've never seen such a gigantic package of JB Weld and shipping was very good as well!!!

Rock solid repairs on metal or plastic!
J-B Weld 8281 is the best product for repairs on small to medium sized projects, metal or plastic. It does not cure as quickly as J-B Kwik Weld, but it has far superior adhesive power and durability. I normally set my repair aside to cure overnight, and the next day, the repair is rock solid, ready for filing, grinding or sanding to get your desired size or shape. It is even sturdy enough for drilling and tapping. I have previously used the 1 oz. tubes, but the 10 oz, gives me the option of easily mixing larger amounts for a one time patch or to fill a large mold. When I am close to my desired results, after curing, I can use small amounts of Quik Weld for minor voids or imperfections, as I now have a strong, heat resistant substrate. I formerly used epoxy for all of my repairs, but, now, I would be lost without this product and this packaging.

Best Epoxy Around
Been using JB for over 30 years. It's the original 3D printer. I don't find the JB Kwik is quite as good as the original. The original formula and extra set time makes it a lot stronger.

Saves extra work on many traditional welding projects
When traditional electric or gas welding isn't practical (or doable) on metal projects , JB (cold) Weld is the natural go to choice . In my experience no other epoxies are as strong and durable as JB .
