This subject matter has been organized into six chapters starting from design and building a cold storage with using cooling load calculations, numerical simulation, Thermal Properties of food stuff (Meat) and ended by experimental and numerical results. Correlations have been developed for modeling the evaporator unit in and correlation related with heat transfer coefficient of regular shape meat.
