Great OEM Mansfield Flush Valve
Even though the Mansfield Flush Valve is a little more money than the generic brand, I have had never had an issue using this OEM Flush Valve. I know it will be a tight seal the first time, and it will last several years, before it needs to be replaced again.

Mansfield Flush Valve
Looks and feels the same as the aftermarket flush valves sold at Lowes and Home Depot but does not work the same. The Mansfield OEM valve sold here is far superior to the aftermarket valves. Don't know why but I do know that when I drop a blue tablet into the tank, the water stays blue. Whereas the aftermarket valves leak and the water turns from blue to clear in a matter of hours!

Mansfield part. Should be good for a long time.
This Mansfield part should last longer than a generic replacement part from a Big Box store. Ask me again in about five years.

Best made
I've tried the cheap gaskets they sell at Ace , they don't last . The Mansfield gaskets are the ones to get . Must be better quality rubber .
