Excellent Product - Easy to use - Works Great with Alexa - Does NOT require a Hub
This was easy to install and works great with Alexa. Grouping items together was easy although Alexa is unable to control a group. The "Smart Life" skill must be added to Alex. Instruction are in the app. Select More Services and Alexa for instructions. Schedules are easy to set up with the Smart Home app. Also the app has a timer to turn on or off a device after a specified time. Schedules can be set up for individual items as well as a group of items. This device has an internal relay to turn on & off a lamp, or other device. Because of this it is not able to dim a lamp. Excellent device and app with an excellent price. I am using this system to replace my existing X-10 system. I am finding it more reliable than the X-10 system. This system allows control from anywhere - something that the X-10 could not do. I highly recommend this product!

Easy Setup
Setup was very easy using the Smart Life app. The Smart Life app is used with the outlets. Google Home was also easy to set up by linking the Google home app to Smart Life. Setup has to be done in Smart Life and Google Home separately. Outlets can be controlled by Google Home or the Smart Life app I installed on my phone. I was able to turn on the lights while I was away from home using my phone. Timers can also be used on the outlets through the Smart Life app. The system works like a charm. There's a good possibility I will be getting more of these outlets as they work so well and they're so easy to set up.

Love these smart outlets!
These smart outlets are super easy to set up after you upload the Smart Home app. I have also added these devices to my Alexa Echo, so she can also control them in addition to me being able to control them from anywhere with my phone.

Outlet works as advertised and has been reliable and easy to use
These just work and the cell phone just works and is pretty clean and easy to use. You can program the Outlet to have a schedule like Timer outlet as well as the ability to turn outlet on and off from anywhere your phone has service. And you can schedule the outlet turn on or off at a certain time. And you can do this as a one off/one time, or you can schedule it over any day of the week. My only hesitation with this piece of equipment, and so many other pieces of similar internet connect equipment, is you are required to register your equipment with a website. In other words, my commands you sent from your phone goes through this web site and therefore, people have access and information about you and your network at your home or business as well as your activity. I really wish these devices were stand alone and only connected to your network and your cellphone and not through a 3rd party server/vender. But this is the price we pay for much of this type of equipment at the prices we pay: $8.50 for an outlet that I can control from anywhere in the world.

Great Idea
Bought these by recommendation when I mentioned needing timers for my holiday lights. They came just in time for Halloween, and they worked great! I can’t wait to use them for Christmas and then use them for my bedside lamp to come on when it gets dark. Very easy app and very easy to set up. Will buy more in the future!

Works as Described and Intended
Following the instructions on TP-Link’s web site made my setup easy and seamless. It works as intended. The only con I observed was that it occupies space of two slots on my power bar instead of one. Currently I am controlling it using my smart phone as I do not have the Google Home yet but I can imagine its improved versatility with Google Home.

Very easy to use outlets
These outlets are great! We use them for lights, such as: China Cabinet, string lights over the TV, lights in inside plants, etc. They are great for mood lighting. Easy to install and use. They are just great.

Ourlink Smart Outlet
These smart outlets work very well with my google home. They were easy to set up and they have a lot of features. For example, I can set a scheduled time for the outlets to turn on or off automatically. Also, you can control the outlets even if you are away from home. These are very convenient and I highly recommend these if you want to set up a smart home or if you are into tech gadgets. This works best with devices that use simple on/off switches or things that have no power switch. For example, I use mine on a vintage tabletop radio and another on a lamp.

Excellent product, very good features,
really good product, is fully operational with my google home, you have flexibility to name each device as you want and then tell google home to switch on and off based on the given name. it has schedule, timer, etc..

Works great
I wanted something where I can control my electronics from my phone or a remote and I came across smart plugs. Doing research on smart plugs I found the brand TP-Link kasa series. I like the fact that they have a free app which you can download and access all the devices you have connected to the wifi and the connection to internet is easy because it just connects to the same wifi you're using on your phone. Overall it's great. I bought it to keep from having to get up to turn off my out of date 7.1 speaker system that is still amazing. Great buy if you are in the market for smart plugs! Also works with assistants like Google and Alexa.
