A good tradition
I love it! About to become a grandma, and it's time to continue the holiday "Cranberry Mousse" tradition. I have sworn that I will not add strange ingredients (vegetables/meats) to these things. The first recipe I tried came out well after putting the bottom (inverts to top when removed) in warm water, then loosening the top edges with a butter knife. It's old, but so well made that it probably works as well as it did when new. It came quickly and in good shape.
