Radiator Cap with temperature guage
I have a street rod 55 Chevy PU with after market radiator, electric fans and cluster gauges. This radiator cap with temperature gauge is a great device. It not only looks great but it accurately tells me if my electric fan kicks on when it reaches the preset temperature. Sent it back
I tried this cap for a few days and then sent it back. It never gave a correct reading, and I noticed that the reading would change every time I took it off or put it back on the radiator... as if the mechanism was turning as a result of me turning the cap on the radiator. I read where many people mentioned it being an extremely tight fit. It was the same thing for me... very tight... hard to get in place. I also felt like the probe could have been a little longer to reach down into the coolant better. The idea behind this item is great!! It seems they just need to do a little bit more quality control on it. I might try this item again in the future... perhaps after they make some improvements.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
