GRIPMASTER - HAND & FINGER EXERCISER -*MEDIUM* TENSION
I read a review from a user who purchased the older model with thicker palm padding. I would have to agree with him on his assessment of the newer model. The newer model has less palm padding and it's gets uncomfortable after squeezing it a few times on your palms. I would prefer the older model with more padding. A best buy for a workout

Training for your FINGERS
I have all three light, medium, heavy. They teach your fingers the value of "getting a GRIP" on the neck of your instrument, and applying the string pressure to the fret. All I can say is "try 'em you'll be glad you did. Progressing at your stringed instrument, intonation, clarity, precision... Practice, and preparing to play for yourself and others is Paramount with learning and playing or performing. Effective way to build hand strength.
