Unfortunately the star, banner and one character came broken and damaged and wasn't fixable. The packaging wasn't very good as it allowed the items to rattle around which likely caused the damage. I ended up having to buy additional items from elsewhere due to the delivery time. On contacting the seller, they offered £1 as a refund!
