If seller didn’t have item/want to ship item or whatever the least they could have done was message back and offer to refund. Had to wait almost 4 weeks for eBay to give me a refund. He wait and shipped a packet after on the 8th day. When I got the packet, a realized, he sent me a dirty console which is not works. He didn't sent me the power cabel or hdmi cabel what he advertised with the console. I bought a tested, working console with power cord, but just got a garbage without power cord and cabel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
