Had some issues with the blade of the sword bend/ warped. Seller did issued a partial refund for the damage. Sword was not damaged in shipping as shipping box was flawless. The damage was done during the heat treat process of construction of the blade. Over all seller did communicate well and issued a partial refund promptly.
