He claims he could not down load the pictures. He has since ceased all communication. When i refused to give them a refund they sent more blank white boxes on Ebay messenger claiming they sent the pictures via multiple devices and i was ignoring them. Massive extortion and fraud from this buyer just to get a discount. I can and do offer refunds for broken items in shipment as it happens more than you think. But without proof that is just asking for freebies.
