    It took several days to ship, but the shipping itself was extremely fast - DHL express from Japan to America took only 2-3 days! I like that this seller uses dhl express since this the company emails the customer and allows them to authorize a signature release. The puzzle itself was packaged well and arrived with no flaws - it was in brand new condition as described and the value was great - other sellers list the same puzzle for nearly twice the price. Communication was also good. A++++

    Seller is very good: 1) described product well (but could have shown the leather pouch for the product); 2) shipped promptly; and 3) the product was well packed and arrived in good shape. The only negative was an additional fee (~40% added to product cost) labeled as "shipping cost". It was probably due to an additional import duty imposed by the U.S., not the seller. This added cost caused a delay of several days because DHL failed to notify me.

    Essential pedal

    Other than mxr talk box this is probably one of my favorite pedals. This thing can give you sounds ranging from church organ to the guitar of royal blood and highly suspect. It can be used in full force with a fuzz or OD pedal or it can give your clean tone a little more chunk and presence which is exactly what I was looking for. Put this as close to the beginning of your chain otherwise your other pedals will mess up the pedal's incredibly precise tracking. It does a pretty good bass emulation if you don't have a bassist, but if you have the option definitely choose a bass over this. Overall an amazing pedal and the toneprint tech from tc makes it 100 times more versatile

    Sounds and functions great!

    Love the ease of use and it sounds amazing! I love TC electronics pedals all of them that I have tried sound great. The are fairly priced. This pedal will give you a super great sounding low end and it tracks exceptionally well. Very happy

    Like this pedal

    I use this on my harmonica pedal board to simulate a Hammond organ with Leslie speaker. I also use with my acoustic guitar to add fullness. A little goes a long way. I like that I can download TonePrint presets.

    Great Pedal.... Poor Software!

    Great for thickening up your tone. Tracks well,easy to use. However, the Android software for the Toneprint function will not download on any of three phones I have tried it on. Keeps telling me " This device is not compatible with this app"and offers no other option.. Otherwise I am very happy with this pedal.

    Sub n up...2 thumbs up

    I am a bass player and not a giant pedal guy, but I needed to get an organ tone (because i am not going to play keys) I did the usual youtube review and end with the sub n up. Got it plugged it in, turned a couple knobs and i had a synth. Then I found toneprints, downloaded the app, found a pipe organ program and now I am playing a pipe organ. then i added some overdrive in front of it, and i'm playing Deep Purple's. I think i may be using this for a lot more than i bought it for.
