    Shipping and packaging were very good; the amplifiers arrived as described and undamaged. Vacuum tubes were packed separately with care and reached me in perfect condition. I haven’t tested the units yet as I await a step-down transformer (120V to 100V). Overall, great value and a positive experience with MH2Store—will update once both amplifiers are tested.

    Absolutely beautiful condition considering that it's used. Gotta love the 90s JDM quality. And it's just in great overall condition. Seller was very transparent with everything, and went through the struggle of checking the IP bus by connecting a cd/md changer. The packaging was amazing. Lots of bubble wrap kept it safe. It arrived very fast considering it was coming from Japan. Arrived in about 5 days. Would 100% recommend, would buy from this seller again.

    Sony PHA-3 Hi Res Audio Amp is GREAT!

    I use my Samsung Note 4 to play high resolution audio files at work. It is necessary to have a headphone amp to bypass the phones internal low res audio. The Sony PHA-3 is used to amplify the hi res signal. Wow, what a difference it makes! Nice amp! The only downside is that you only get about 5 hours of play with a single charge.

    A very well thought out and designed product.

    I'm glad to see that Sony is back in the game with some new "Hi Res" products. This is a perfect match for the MDR-Z7 headphones. The design and build is first rate as is the sound quality. I like the choice of analog outputs (balanced, unbalanced and line level) and the variety of digital input options. At first I was a little surprised that the unit doesn't play off the USB power input (and only charges) but after realizing that the reason was to be able to operate off the pure DC from the battery without any power supply noise I felt better about their choice. I suspect that typical USB power supplies are of a much lower quality than what would be needed for high quality sound and building in an appropriate power supply would have added to the size of the unit.     Awesome amplifier. Produces clear and balanced sound great for any radios regardless of size. I recommend this product to anyone.

    Mobile DAC

    This is a mobile DAC that you will not complain about. It sounds great with the regular headphone plugs, so I can almost imagine how great it would sound with a balanced headphone connection. The only thing wrong with this device is the price. ..but hey, it is what it is. The FiiOs X7 has the same DAC.
