Excellent reading to understand. Great facts to back up statements. All should read I gave a copy to my Rheumatologist on her retirement. She loved it💕 Brought several copies to present to heads of families for Christmas gifts 🎁💕💕💕

Outliving - a slog to read.
The point about preparing for a long life is well-made. The medical acronyms are overwhelming. The pointers about achieving how to "outlive" could have been made more cogently.
