During transit, with no protection for the foam, it was all dinged up on arrival and because of poor condition and poor appearance could not be used as intended. I wrote the Seller requesting a refund (which seller did) for the full amount of $10.83, however, there was NO communication from the Seller to me prior to the notification of refund. Great customer service includes communication which the seller was totally LACKING in.
