    Don't bother

    I was a Psychologist, both experimental and therapist for 23 years. Worked with the military on interrogation techniques involving drugs and hypnosis. This book wouldn't even qualify to be on a "beginner's" list. The information and techniques are inane. Find a copy of any book by Leslie LeCron on eBay. May cost you $2 and will be all you need. Hypnosis in all of its forms is as old as mankind. Nothing new since Milton Erickson. I gave this an extra star for effort.

    I couldn't put this book down. It was everything that I had been looking for in a hypnosis book and I have read a lot of them.
